We’re ringing in the New Year with a bunch of exciting changes here at the Churchville Inn. As you can see, we just launched a brand new website. While we’re elated to finally share that with you, it’s far from our only new offering. Specifically, we’re also proud to announce that we have a brand new menu now available, too!

As the best restaurant between Newtown, PA and Philadelphia, we make it our mission to live up to that title in every way. You know that our beer list and other bar offerings are the best on this side of the Delaware River, and our restaurant’s atmosphere is unsurpassed by anyone else, but did you know that we have a full-fledged lineup of dishes to match the quality of everything else we do?

Take a look at our brand new menu to see for yourself, then swing by The Churchville and give everything a try. These are the highlighted offerings that we recommend you start with:

Small Plates

Mussels: Add a little muscle to the craft beers you stopped in to try with our famous mussels. Fresh out of Prince Edward Island, we keep things simple, yet flavorful by tossing our mussels in a sweet chili sauce with crostini.

Beer and Cheese Fondue: What’s better than beer and cheese? Nothing, you say? Try again! Of course the answer is combining them together, and that’s just what we do. A blend of the Churchville Lager and three melted cheeses, our fondue comes complete with bread cubes, diced salami, apple slices, fried potatoes and roasted mushrooms. Best of all, you get all of that for just 14 bucks!

Soups & Salads

Roasted Baby Beet Salad: Of the myriad signature salads we offer, we recommend starting with our roasted baby beet salad. Complete with red and golden beets, roasted and tossed with mixed greens, goat cheese, julienned red onion, cucumber and creamy blueberry vinaigrette. It’s seriously un-beetable!

NE Clam Chowder: Classic New England clam chowder speaks for itself, but if you’ve only ever had yours in a can, come down to the Churchville Inn to try a taste of authentic clam chowder at its finest. Barring a trip to Cape Cod, we offer the best bowl of the stuff around. You’d be wicked smaht to give it a try!


The Banh Mi: Banh who? Bahn mi! Vietnam is half a world away, but the Churchville Inn is just around the corner. And our take on the classic Vietnamese staple is the Banh Mi’s knees if we do say so ourselves. Thai braised pork loin, pork roll, ham, pickled veggies, cucumber slices, cilantro and jalapenos on a baguette with hoisin mayonnaise. Forget about spending thousands on plane tickets to Hanoi when you can try our Banh Mi for just $13!

The Roscoe Tribute: A modern twist on a classic that speaks for itself. Fried chicken sandwiched between two waffles, complete with sweet cream cheese and maple syrup caviar. Chicken and waffles, fancified and offered in sandwich form. What’s not to love?


Crab Cakes: It’s at the top of our entree list for a good reason—because we have it down pat. Try our homestyle oven-baked crab cakes accompanied by two sides of your choosing. No need to say more.

Blackened Ahi Tuna Taco: Did someone say fish tacos? We did. Our blackened Ahi Tuna Tacos (3) come with tasso rice and beans, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream and guac. It’s a classic taco, done just right. But if the Ahi isn’t your thing, try it with shrimp instead!
